Terms of Use
PDF Hazır: Scanner & Compress · Last updated: October 31, 2026
1. Parties and acceptance
These terms are between you, the user of the PDF Hazır mobile app (the “App”), and the App's developer, Tuberk Aras. By downloading or using the App, you accept these terms. If you downloaded the App from the App Store, Apple's standard end user license agreement (Apple Standard EULA) also applies; in case of conflict, Apple's terms prevail.
2. License
You are granted the right to use the App on your own devices to prepare your personal and business documents. Copying the App, reverse engineering it, reselling it or using it in a way that infringes the rights of others is prohibited.
3. Your documents and your responsibility
- Your documents are processed and stored on your phone; all rights and responsibility for their content are yours.
- You should create copies of ID cards, driver's licenses and passports only for your own documents, or with the owner's permission, and for lawful purposes.
- Because documents are kept only on your phone and excluded from cloud backup, they can't be recovered if the App is deleted or the device is lost. Backing up important documents is your responsibility.
4. Accuracy of results
The App produces results on a best-effort basis but does not guarantee the following:
- Target size: A document is not compressed below a certain level so that it stays readable; in that case the App clearly says the target couldn't be reached.
- Text recognition (OCR) and receipt reading: Dates, amounts and text that are read may contain errors; you should check them before use.
- PDF → Word: Text, paragraphs and headings are transferred; tables, column layouts, images and fonts are not preserved exactly.
- ID copy: Placed at actual size; choose “actual size / 100%” when printing.
- Signature: A signature added with the App is a visual signature; it is not a qualified electronic signature (such as under Turkish Electronic Signature Law No. 5070 or the EU eIDAS Regulation). The user is responsible for who signs a document and for what purpose.
- ID photo: Sizes and checks follow official rules, but whether a photo is accepted is the decision of the institution you apply to.
- Application lists: Ready-made lists are for general information and were compiled from official sources; institutions may change the documents they require. Check the institution's current list before applying.
- “Where to get it” guides: These only show the way. PDF Hazır is not affiliated with e-Devlet or any government agency and does not represent any public institution. Links go to official sites, and users obtain documents from those sites themselves.
- Petitions and CVs: Ready-made texts are samples, not legal advice. Users are responsible for the accuracy and use of the text; if the institution has its own form, use that.
Whether an application or institution accepts a document depends on that institution's rules.
5. Premium, subscriptions and payment
- Premium is offered as a monthly subscription, a yearly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the store in your local currency, including taxes.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and the renewal fee is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- If a free trial is offered on the yearly plan and you don't cancel before it ends, the yearly fee is charged. If you make a purchase during the trial, any remaining trial time may be forfeited.
- You can manage and cancel your subscription on iPhone in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, and on Android in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. Deleting the App does not cancel the subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple and Google under their own rules.
- Your purchase can be restored on another device or after reinstalling with “Restore purchases”.
6. Ads
In the free version, a full-screen ad may be shown after an action is completed, at most once every few minutes, and a banner ad is shown on the home screen. Premium users see no ads.
7. Limitation of liability
The App is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for indirect damages arising from data loss, rejected applications or inability to use the App. Your statutory consumer rights (including under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502) are reserved.
8. Changes and termination
We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page. Your right to use the App may end if you use it in breach of these terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
