What is PDF Hazır?
PDF Hazır is an iPhone and iPad app for preparing documents for job, school, visa and official applications, built for Turkey and available in English. It shrinks PDFs to an upload limit, scans and merges documents, and creates biometric photos, actual-size ID copies, CVs and petitions. All processing happens on the device; nothing is uploaded.

FAQ
Is PDF Hazır free?
Yes. Scanning, photo to PDF, ID copies, preset compression and the e-Government guides are free. Target-size compression, signing, petitions, CVs and ID photos include free uses; Premium (monthly, yearly or lifetime) removes limits and ads.
Are my documents uploaded to a server?
No. Scanning, compression, text recognition and photo processing all run on the device. No account is needed; documents leave the phone only when you share them.
How do I get a PDF under 2 MB?
Add your pages in the application wizard and choose 2 MB. The app lowers image quality and resolution step by step while keeping text readable, and tells you plainly if the target cannot be reached legibly.
Is it available on Android?
It is currently on the App Store for iPhone and iPad. An Android version is in progress.
PDF Hazır is free on the App Store.
